Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your order within 30 days.  All returns or exchanges are handled through our US location.


To exchange an item for a different color or size please mail your original product to the following address.  To process your exchange you will need to either send us an email or include a note with your return specifying what sizes or colors you would like us to send in exchange.  Emailing us will ensure the quickest exchange processing.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If wish to return an item for a refund please send it to the following address below.  Refunds are processed once we receive your item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
